Maticon Engineering was founded in 2004 by Lars Bo Hansen, originally under the name Maticon, and has operated as Maticon Engineering since 2022.
Since the company’s inception, we have carried out a wide range of projects, primarily focused on the design and strength calculation of pressure equipment and installations, including the preparation of technical documentation for CE approval.
We have also completed various assignments – mainly strength calculations – on a diverse array of mechanical and metal structures, playground equipment, and amusement rides.
A common feature of all our projects is the high level of care and precision with which they are executed, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and any relevant regulatory demands.
Maticon Engineering specializes in the design and calculation of pressure vessels, piping, boilers, refrigeration systems, fittings, and valves according to recognized standards that meet the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). The company also offers design and structural calculation services for machinery, lifting appliances, cranes, welded constructions, and playground equipment according to recognized standards, including the Eurocodes.
